What’s the profile?
- Students or graduates of Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, from the 9th cycle onwards.
 
Essential Knowledge:
- Office software: Advanced Excel, Word, and similar programs.
 - Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
 
Desirable Knowledge:
- Administration software.
 - Power BI management for dashboard creation and management.
 - Customer service management.
 
Competencies:
- Problem-solving orientation.
 - Self-learning ability and proactivity for constant and continuous coordination with clients.
 - Coordination ability between work teams.
 - Good written and spoken communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
 - Willingness to work with digital information systems.
 
What will you do?
- Support in the administrative and operational management of our company.
 - Consolidation of monthly purchase and expense documents for accounting purposes.
 - Monitoring of treasury activities for month-end closing.
 - Preparation and management of expense and petty cash reports.
 - Creation and design of administrative procedures.
 - Monitoring of operational process performance.
 - Quality control of assigned tasks.
 
Modality:
Hybrid – In-person/Remote.
