What’s the profile?

  • Students or graduates of Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, from the 9th cycle onwards.

Essential Knowledge:

  • Office software: Advanced Excel, Word, and similar programs.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Desirable Knowledge:

  • Administration software.
  • Power BI management for dashboard creation and management.
  • Customer service management.


  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Self-learning ability and proactivity for constant and continuous coordination with clients.
  • Coordination ability between work teams.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to work with digital information systems.

What will you do?

  • Support in the administrative and operational management of our company.
  • Consolidation of monthly purchase and expense documents for accounting purposes.
  • Monitoring of treasury activities for month-end closing.
  • Preparation and management of expense and petty cash reports.
  • Creation and design of administrative procedures.
  • Monitoring of operational process performance.
  • Quality control of assigned tasks.
